Just back from a holiday booked through Teletext - all I can say is that I will NEVER use Teletext again!!! They're a con company based in Asia and are incredibly rude and do nothing but lie! I give up with them and I'm going to Attol. It took a lot of phone calls and threats to involve Attol before I got a shady looking email saying my holiday was cancelled, with no mention of the fee I had just paid. He was clearly in India and I didn't buy it.

He refused to give a full name and said his name was warren. I asked for his name and details so I could make a complaint. Then he lied a few times and said he had sent an email confirming it was cancelled but I got nothing. He point blank refused to send me an email to confirm it, I asked over and over again and he absolutely refused. I called AGAIN and asked for a confirmation that it was cancelled. It had my flight details and hotel info still in tact. Moments later I got an email saying I'd paid another lump towards my deposit and that I still owed well over £3000. The man on the phone was incredibly rude telling me to hurry up! I reluctantly paid the fee and then was told I had to wait for days to get any sort of receipt or confirmation letter.
